The VacMaster VP540 High Volume Commercial Chamber Vacuum Sealer is designed to meet the demand of high volume commercial and food service operations.  With its two 20" seal bars, the VP540 chamber vacuum sealer can handle almost any task!  The chamber vacuum technology allows you to package liquids such as soups, stews, marinades, or or anything else yielding clean consistent results every time.  The VP540 features a spacious chamber with a domed lid for an overall chamber height of 7" allowing you to package larger items.  This unit is perfect for heavy commercial facilites and medium to large processors, supermarkets, and restaurants.  It is also great for the serious hunter and fisherman that do a significant amount of their own packaging. 

The VP540 is powered by a heavy duty 1.5 hp oil pump that will stand up to prolonged and continuous use.  This unit features two 20" removable double seal bars for long-lasting freshness of bag contents. The unit ships with 60 assorted vacuum chamber pouches.  The unit also ships with 2 removable filler plates to help save time when sealing smaller products.  The smoky-clear lid allows you to monitor the vacuum process.
