Hubbed grinder plates can only be used on one side. This hub serves a dual purpose; it acts as a bearing surface for the centering pin and makes plate removal easier
Reversible grinder plates can be used on both sides. We recommend you have two separate knives to match each side.

The #32 plate diameter is 3-7/8 inches with a 1/2 inch center hole. There 3 notches in the edge of the plate. 1/2 inch grind holes for very coarse grind. Good choice for first grind breaker plate, chili or stew meats. Designed for tough work, these plates are manufactured from D2 tool steel for maximum durability. 58-60 RC hardness for extra long life. These plates will fit most American commercial grade Enterprise style meat grinders. They will also fit Enterprise and Chop-Rite meat choppers. NOTE: May not fit properly in Cabela's, Weston, Bass Pro, LEM, or other light duty Chinese made meat grinders.
