Reversible Enterprise style #32 meat grinder plate with 3/8 inch grind holes for a coarse grind. A 3/8" grind is a good choice for the first grind before finishing up through a fine plate, or for a coarse ground finished product such as chili meat.
The reversible plate design allows that as one side becomes worn the unused side can be paired with a new or sharpened knife thereby extending the life of the plate. The plate diameter is 3-15/16 inches with a 33/64 inch center hole. There are three notches in the edge of the plate that align to the plate holder pins in the grinder housing. Fits Biro, Hobart, Torrey, Pro Cut and most US made #32 meat grinders that use Enterprise/ Hobart style plates.
