Reversible Enterprise style #22 meat grinder plate with 3/8 inch grind holes for a coarse grind. A 3/8" grind is a good choice for the first grind before finishing up through a fine plate, or for a coarse ground finished product such as chili meat. The reversible plate design allows that as one side becomes worn the unused side can be paired with a new or sharpened knife thereby extending the life of the plate. The plate diameter is 3-1/4 inches with a 7/16 inch center hole. There is one notch on the side of the plate that fits to the plate holder pin in the grinder housing. Fits Biro, Hobart, Torrey, Pro Cut and most US made #22 meat grinders that use Enterprise style plates. These plates will fit most American commercial grade Enterprise style meat grinders. They will also fit Enterprise and Chop-Rite meat choppers. NOTE: May not fit properly in Cabela's, Weston, Bass Pro, LEM, or other light duty Chinese made meat grinders.
