Triumph Meat Grinder Plate Cleveland 32 REVERSIBLE D2 Steel 3/8" Holes (105466)

Cleveland style #32 reversible meat grinder plate with 3/8 inch grind holes for a coarse grind. A 3/8" grind is a good choice for the first grind before finishing up through a fine plate, or for a coarse ground finished product such as chili meat.

The reversible plate design allows that as one side becomes worn the unused side can be paired with a new or sharpened knife thereby extending the life of the plate. The plate diameter is 3-15/16 inches with a 33/64 inch center hole. Two flat edges on opposite sides of the plate. Fits Butcher Boy and most US made #32 meat grinders that use Cleveland style plates.
