Triumph Meat Grinder Plate Cleveland 12 HUB STYLE D2 Steel 3/8" Holes (106481)

#12 hub type meat grinder plate with 3/8 inch grind holes for a coarse grind. A 3/8" grind is a good choice for the first grind before finishing up through a fine plate, or for a coarse ground finished product such as chili meat.

The hubbed plate design helps to stablize the plate, reducing wear and also allows for easier removal. The plate diameter is 2-3/4 inches with a 3/8 inch center hole. There is a flat edge on the side of the plate. Fits Butcher Boy, Toledo, and most US made #12 meat grinders that use Cleveland or Toledo style plates.
