Our Hickory Jerky Seasoning is a rich, slightly sweet mix infused with the aroma of hickory smoke.   To prepare using the marinade method, slice your chosen meat to your desired thickness, immerse it in water and seasoning mixture, and refrigerate for 8 hours. For the ground meat method, combine meat with a water mixture until tacky and form into strips. With both methods, cook in the oven at 200°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes on each side, or dehydrate according to your dehydrator's manufacturer's instructions. Ingredients: Dehydrated Onion and Garlic, Parmesan Cheese (Pasteurized Part Skim Milk, Salt, Cheese Culture, Enzymes), Whey, Spices, Corn Starch, Yeast Extract, Dehydrated Bell Peppers, Lactic Acid, Citric Acid, Natural Flavors, Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate, Extractivs, of Turmeric, and less than 2% Soybean Oil and Silicon Dioxide added to prevent caking.
