Reversible Enterprise style #32 meat grinder plate with 1/4 inch grind holes for a medium coarse grind. A 1/4" grind is a good choice for products where a large particle definition is desired. The reversible plate design allows that as one side becomes worn the unused side can be paired with a new or sharpened knife thereby extending the life of the plate. The plate diameter is 3-15/16 inches with a 33/64 inch center hole. There are three notches in the edge of the plate that align to the plate holder pins in the grinder housing. Fits Biro, Hobart, Torrey, Pro Cut and most US made #32 meat grinders that use Enterprise/ Hobart style plates.
