Straight from our friends at CJ's Southern Seasonings in Mississippi! A unique combination of spices masterfully blended to deliver restaurant quality taste. Perfect seasoning for all seafood. The 21 ounce bag of fish seasoning will fry up to 10-12 pounds of fish. Ingredients: Degerminated yellow corn meal, niacin, iron (reduced), thiamine mononitrate, Rinoflavin, folic acid, salt, monosodium glutamate, spices, garlic, sugar,natural extractives of paprika with soybean and/ or canola oil, tricalcium phosphate. Alergen statement: Manufactured on equipment that processed wheat, milk, eggs, and soybeans. May also contain trace amounts of peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish.

2 X 20 Clear Fibrous sausage casing, un-printed. Use for summer sausage, salami, smoked bologna. String tied on one end. Casings stuff approximately 1-1/2 pounds each. Stuffing diameter is 2.4 inches. Available by the piece, bundles of 25, bundles of 100, or box of 1000 casings. Larger quantities may require a lead time.
