We work with the home butcher, deer processing stations, small meat packing plants, restaurants, and chefs. We believe in quality products at a fair price. Most of the products we sell are items we have used professionally in our own shop.

Our product line includes AC Leggs Old Plantation sausage seasonings, a top quality line of seasonings that includes fresh and smoked pork sausage, chorizo, salami, bologna, summer sausage and international flavors like Polish and Italian. Fajita and Mesquite marinades for southwestern flavors, and the Buffalo Wing and BBQ seasonings are used in restaurants from coast to coast.

We stock a variety of meat cures for hams, bacon and sausages including Golden Brown Sugar Cure, Maple Sugar Cure and Quick Cure.

Our professional line of cutlery from Friedr Dick Corp includes butcher, boning, and chef’s knives in either stamped or forged styles. F Dick cutlery and sharpening steels are made in Germany and are of the highest quality.

Our band saw blades feature construction of carbon spring steel with hardened, precision sharpened teeth. Our long life NLV series grinder knives feature brazed carbide inserts on a cast steel frame for heavy duty use.

About The Owners

Mark was born and raised in Southern Indiana. Mark holds an engineering degree from Purdue University and worked in the automotive and home product industries for 20 years. Mark and his wife now live back in their hometown along with their two kids. Mark enjoys camping with his family and all outdoor activities along with grilling and smoking delicious meats!

Similar to Mark, Andy was also born and raised in Southern Indiana. He too holds a Purdue University engineering degree and spent the first 15 years of his career working in the heavy equipment and home product industries. Andy and his wife now live in Southern Indiana with their two young children. Andy is an avid outdoorsman and spends much of his free time enjoying actives with his wife and 2 kids.
